What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, venue name, suburb and state, the type of venue, the state of your kitchen and your message. We use these to reply to you and to assess whether Go Dark brands suit your kitchen.

We do not sell this information. Like most websites, we also record basic technical details such as your IP address and browser.

Who sees it

Your enquiry goes to the Go Dark team at FABE (Food and Beverage Enterprises). We share it only with the providers that run our website and email, or when the law requires it. Some of those providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and keep proper business records. After that we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

Access, changes and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the enquiry page or email admin@fabe.au.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
